Hello, my name is Paul Stalker. I’m a Wesley Chapel, Florida resident and business owner who, after experiencing some less-than-excellent service from fellow Realtors, decided to obtain a Broker’s license and throw my hat in the ring! I became the Real Estate Agent I never had for nearly 20 years ago, and I am here to assist you with your Property Management and Real Estate needs. Even though I live in Wesley Chapel, I serve many of the surrounding areas, just give me a call! My family moved to Wesley Chapel in 2023, but I have been doing real estate and property management full time since 2004 in Maryland.
I attended elementary, middle, and high school in Howard County, Maryland and attended the University of Maryland, College Park. I have always been an entrepreneurial person. Following college, I embarked on many ventures including ownership of a liquor store, a home improvement trade company, and even a personal training consultancy business. After investing in several rental properties and experiencing some less-than-excellent service from fellow Realtors, I decided to obtain a license and throw my hat in the ring.
After becoming a Realtor, I made a promise to myself that I would be the Real Estate Agent that I never had. I will always be honest and put my clients’ needs ahead of my own. By hiring me, you will receive my lifetime of experience in business negotiations, marketing, and extensive knowledge of the home improvement industry.
